Moving Forward in 2014

John 5:7-8: ..."Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me." Jesus said to him, 'Rise, take up your bed and walk."

2014 is a year that was anticipated and here we are. The question now is what next? What is to be achieved? What goals are you setting to accomplish? What mission statement to fulfil? What dreams to make reality? What visions are you targetting?

The man at the pool of Bethseda was at the point of stagnation for 38 years, he never imagined himself getting out because of the series of failures he had passed through, he was looking up to people to help him accomplish his goals which never happened as it was a promise and fail agenda. So his efforts never realised anything worthwhile, his goals were never accomplished, his dreams thwarted and his visions foiled.

Ever wondered why the water need to be stirred before the healing? Ever pondered on why you need to move before you accomplish landslide success, get to the next level or be fulfilled? You need to stir up the water, you need to determine the factors, you need to overcome fear and worry, you need to be positive minded, you need to overcome those challenges that has deterred you from moving forward. You need to be a cause of change for progress in 2014.

Maybe you are the type waiting for somebody to push you into achieving your purpose which has limited you for so long. Maybe there are some people you have believed and trusted and they have failed or delayed which is making you to feel dejected. The good news is that hope has come.

Jesus has come to your situation, compassionate enough to help you accomplish your purpose in life. He said "Rise, take up your bed and walk." Rise from that shackles of limitation, rise from that bond of stagnation, that incapableness of sickness that has held you bound for so long, take up the glory that will cause your manifestation, the outpouring of your blessing, connect you to your greatness and walk to fulfil your destiny. Make a difference for good in 2014.

Prayer: Lord for your compassions and mercy, I do according to your command to rise, take up my destiny and walk to fulfil the purpose for which I am created in Jesus Name. Amen
