W orld Tourism Day is celebrated annually on every September 27th. The purpose of the celebration is to create awareness on the importance of tourism and also to make tourism stakeholders identify the potential of tourism to a nation's growth either culturally, economically, politically or socially. The theme of this year's celebration is tagged " Tourism and the Digital Transformation." The aim of this theme is to transform tourism activities and involvement through the use of digital products. The digital products is to make tourist acquainted about some destination and also creating artificial tour experience for tourists.
